The revolutionary Matala Biosteps 10 Filter provides both biological and mechanical filtration for ponds. All Biosteps 10 filters feature the ability to be easily connected to other Biosteps 10 units/models in order to provide filtration for larger ponds and/or high numbers of fish.

Magna-Flow Pumps are the latest addition to Matala’s range. These energy efficient pumps have a perfect flow rate for the Biosteps 10 Biological Filter and are included in the Biosteps Plus Kit.

Note: 40mm PVC pipe will be required to return water to your pond if you are not making use of the waterfall outlet.
This can be attached via a slip fit.
Alternatively, you may purchase a rubber connector which facilitates the use of 50mm pond hose or piping.
Connectors are available in straight or elbow fit variants.
